Carrington Falls Lookout

Carrington Falls Lookout, located in Budderoo National Park near Robertson, offers breathtaking views of the 90-meter Carrington Falls cascading into the Kangaroo River. The 0.6 km loop track, suitable for families and nature enthusiasts, features multiple lookouts, including Falls View and Valley View, each providing unique perspectives of the waterfall and surrounding valley. The trail is well-maintained, with a steep metal stairway leading into a shaded rainforest gully for closer views. Visitors can also enjoy vibrant wildflowers in spring and summer, and may encounter local wildlife such as lyrebirds and wallabies. The picnic area, also known as Thomas’ Place, provides facilities for relaxation and meals amidst the natural beauty.
