This one-bedroom home features a queen bed, single sofa bed, and a double sofa bed, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes a cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and a coffee pod machine with a selection of gourmet teas. Additional amenities encompass a washing machine, air conditioning, TV/DVD/CD, and undercover parking with space for a boat. The fully enclosed rear yard boasts an entertaining area with BBQ facilities, making it ideal for families and pet owners. Please note, bed linen and towels are not provided; guests may bring their own or arrange for linen hire. Breakfast provisions are available upon request. A minimum stay of two nights is required on weekends, with single-night stays available on short notice or by arrangement.
