Carr Villa Memorial Park, established in 1905, spans over 50 hectares in Kings Meadows, Launceston. As the principal cemetery and crematorium for Launceston and Northern Tasmania, it offers a serene environment with mature trees, manicured lawns, and landscaped gardens. The park provides diverse burial options, including Lawn Plaque, Limited Monumental, and Monumental Cemeteries, as well as a dedicated area for Muslim burials. The on-site crematorium has been serving the community since 1939, and the Carr Villa Chapel, seating 70 guests, is available for funeral or memorial services.
