Originally serving as the Municipal Council Chambers, the building now functions as a community centre and museum. The main hall accommodates up to 180 people and includes a stage, fully equipped kitchen, and modern amenities. An upstairs room houses the Carmenhurst Military Museum, showcasing military memorabilia.
