This trail offers hikers a journey through diverse ecological habitats, leading to the southeastern tip of Tasmania. The path begins approximately 300 meters from the Fortescue Bay campground office, winding through forest and moorland. Along the way, trekkers can enjoy panoramic views of the rugged coastline, including glimpses of Tasman Island and its historic lighthouse. The track is part of the Three Capes Track, with camping facilities available at Wughalee Falls and Bare Knoll. A valid parks pass is required for entry to Tasmania's national parks.
