Canobolas Wines

Nestled on the northern slopes of Mount Canobolas, Canobolas Wines is a pioneering vineyard and winery in Orange, established in 1986 by the Smith family. The vineyard spans six hectares at an elevation of 820 metres, benefiting from rich volcanic soils and excellent air drainage. Specialising in Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon, the winery employs organic farming practices and minimal intervention winemaking to produce wines that express the unique terroir of the region. Notably, their Chardonnay has been acclaimed for its purity and complexity.
