A short 50-meter walk from the car park leads to the Caloma Lookout, perched atop one of the highest points in the Wanda Wandong sector of Goobang National Park. This vantage point offers expansive westerly views, making it an excellent spot to appreciate the park's diverse flora and fauna. Visitors often observe birds of prey, including wedge-tailed eagles, brown goshawks, and brown falcons, soaring overhead. The path to the lookout is lined with black cypress pines, grevilleas, lomandras, and heath, with numerous tall grass trees, some believed to be centuries old.
