Established in 1923, the Cairns Choral Society has been a cornerstone of the local arts scene for over a century. Located at 31-33 Greenslopes Street in Edge Hill, the society's hall is a versatile venue that hosts a variety of events, including choir rehearsals, theatre performances, and community gatherings. The hall features a full stage, state-of-the-art sound system, dressing rooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. It is available for hire to groups and other societies. The society regularly performs throughout the year, including Gala evenings, Supper with the Classics, and Christmas concerts. Experienced and novice performers are all welcome.
