Established in 2022, it offers a relaxed cellar door experience where visitors can taste a variety of cool-climate wines, including Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The winery is situated at 900 meters above sea level on the northern slopes of Mount Canobolas, providing a scenic backdrop for wine tasting. In addition to wine, Byrne Farm serves seasonal fruits such as figs, peaches, cherries, and apples, enhancing the tasting experience. The cellar door is open Thursday through Sunday from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm.
