Brittons Swamp is a rural locality in Tasmania's Circular Head region, approximately 17 kilometers southwest of Smithton. Established in 1973, it was originally a sawmilling area founded by the Britton family and later became a soldier settlement. The area is traversed by the Bass Highway, facilitating access to nearby towns. The 2016 census recorded a population of 50 residents. Notably, Brittons Swamp is home to the Anglican Church Hall, built in 1943, which has served as a community gathering place for decades.
