Bridestowe Lavender Estate, located in Tasmania's scenic North East, is the Southern Hemisphere's largest lavender farm, spanning 265 acres of manicured fields, ornamental gardens, and native bushland. Visitors are welcomed year-round to experience the changing seasons against the backdrop of Mount Arthur. The estate's visitor centre offers unique products infused with Bridestowe's renowned lavender oil and dried flowers, including the world-famous Bobbie the Bear. The Woodcroft Café serves lavender-inspired delicacies, such as signature lavender ice creams and light seasonal meals. Gourmet offerings like lavender flower honey, artisan jams, gourmet loose-leaf teas, and culinary lavender are also available. An entry fee of $20 per adult applies during the "Festival of Flowers" from December 1st to January 31st; entry is free from February to November.
