Established in 1990 by Fred Peacock, the vineyard has been a pioneer in Tasmania's wine industry, producing award-winning cool-climate wines. The cellar door, opened in 2023, provides a welcoming space to enjoy guided tastings of their diverse wine range, including méthode traditionnelle sparkling wines, crisp whites, and Pinot Noir. Visitors can also indulge in locally sourced cheese and charcuterie platters, complemented by freshly shucked oysters. Open Wednesday to Monday, bookings are recommended to ensure availability.
