The vineyard employs traditional hand-pruning and an arch cane trellis system to ensure balanced vines and optimal fruit quality. Visitors can experience the winery's rich history and dedication to winemaking at the cellar door, housed in a charming, original dairy building. The estate offers a welcoming atmosphere, inviting guests to taste their exceptional wines and learn about their winemaking philosophy. The cellar door operates Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and weekends from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
