With six disciplines—Tap, Classical Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, Contemporary, and Acro—students from 3 years to adult can find a class that suits them. Tap classes follow the Southern Federation of Dance syllabus, starting from age 7. Classical Ballet progresses from Prep Ballet to advanced levels, including en pointe. Jazz classes incorporate styles like Heels, Hip Hop, Contemporary, and Latin. Hip Hop classes, based on the Australian Teachers of Dance syllabus, begin at age 5. Contemporary dance, starting at age 9, emphasizes emotional expression through movement. Acro combines classical dance with acrobatic movements, focusing on strength, flexibility, and control, starting from age 7.
