Blue Mountains Women's Shed

The Blue Mountains Women's Shed offers a welcoming space for women of all backgrounds to connect, share skills, and engage in various activities. Operating from the Blackheath Men's Shed on Wednesdays and from below the Lawson Library on Sundays, the Shed empowers women by teaching practical skills, fostering independence, and promoting well-being. Members have the opportunity to participate in workshops, learn to use tools and workshop machinery, and collaborate on projects in a supportive environment. The Shed is committed to accessibility, equity, inclusiveness, collaboration, and community.
