Blenheim, built in 1832 by John Williatt as the Patriot King William the Fourth Inn, is a significant Georgian-era building in Evandale. This two-storey red brick structure features a slate hipped roof, projecting eaves, and a five-bay front facade with a corniced portico supported by four Tuscan columns. The upstairs assembly room was used for concerts, dancing, and as a meeting place for the Masonic Lodge and other groups. Outbuildings included a brew house, stables, blacksmith's shop, cottage, and loose boxes. Some of these buildings were destroyed by fire.
