Blackfellows Caves CFS

Blackfellows Caves CFS, located at 17 Saunders Road, Blackfellows Caves, South Australia, is a dedicated volunteer fire station serving the local community. The station operates a 4WD, 4000L General Purpose Appliance, an Isuzu FTS 139-240, equipped with a chainsaw and firefighting foam. Established in June 2020, the new station was built adjacent to the existing one, enhancing its capacity to respond to various emergencies, including grass and bush fires, vehicle accidents, and medical assists. The station is part of the Kingsley Group in Region 5 and is manned during emergencies. Training sessions are held on Fridays, and interested individuals are encouraged to contact Captain Steph Bowden for more information.
