Berry Park House, located at 397 Duckenfield Road, Berry Park, NSW 2321, is a historic residence built in the 1850s by pioneer pastoralist John Eales. Constructed from hand-crafted sandstone, the house is set on a 1.2-hectare property overlooking fertile farmlands and mountains. The residence features grand proportions with 14-foot ceilings, ornate cedar timberwork, marble fireplaces, and original floorboards. The property also includes a solid sandstone barn with a carriage house, stables, and a stable hand's loft. The estate was occupied by Eales' family until 1972 and has been meticulously restored and maintained by its current custodians.
