Berridale Memorial Park, located at the intersection of Jindabyne Road and Myack Street in Berridale, NSW, serves as a poignant tribute to local servicemen and women. Established in 1935, the park features a white marble cross on a granite base, inscribed with dedications and honor rolls for those who served in the First and Second World Wars. Surrounding the cross are memorial trees, including a Lone Pine descendant from Gallipoli, planted in 1983. The park also honors veterans of the Boer War, Korean War, Malayan Emergency, Indonesian Confrontation, Vietnam War, and post-1975 campaigns. A recent addition, unveiled in 2016, commemorates over 280 individuals from the Snowy River Region who have served in various conflicts, including 26 who made the ultimate sacrifice.
