Nestled at the foot of Tasmania's premier alpine ski slopes, Ben Lomond Alpine Village offers a unique blend of winter sports and summer adventures. During the ski season, from mid-June to late September, visitors can enjoy skiing, snowboarding, and tobogganing on well-maintained slopes. In the warmer months, the area transforms into a haven for hikers, rock climbers, and mountain bikers, with trails like the Alpine Village to Little Hell offering stunning alpine vistas. The village is accessible via the iconic Jacobs Ladder, a steep and winding road that adds to the alpine experience. Please note that a valid parks pass is required for entry, and snow chains are mandatory between June and September.
