Baromi Park

Baromi Park, located at the corner of Couper Street and South Gippsland Highway in Mirboo North, is a cherished community space offering a variety of amenities. The park features a playground with equipment suitable for children of all ages, a skate park with a bell-shaped bowl designed as a dual-purpose skate bowl/amphitheatre, and a large shelter equipped with tables and BBQ facilities. Public toilets and ample seating are also available. The park hosts the Mirboo North Market on the last Saturday of each month, providing fresh produce, artisan goods, and live music. Additionally, the Grand Ridge Rail Trail, a 13-kilometre unsealed track through the Strzelecki Ranges, begins in Mirboo North and offers scenic walking and cycling opportunities.
