Cooya Pooya Station, established in 1882, is a historic pastoral station located 35 km south of Roebourne along the Harding River in Western Australia's Pilbara region. The station's name, derived from "Cooa Pooey," an Aboriginal term for a nearby waterhole, reflects its deep cultural roots. The homestead, constructed in 1912, showcases local stone architecture and includes a detached kitchen, shearers' quarters, and a shearing shed. Recognized for its significance in the development of the North-West pastoral industry, Cooya Pooya Station was listed on the State Register of Heritage Places in 1998.
