Banksia Camp

Nestled within D'Entrecasteaux National Park, Banksia Camp offers a serene coastal retreat accessible exclusively by four-wheel drive. The campsite features seven sites near the water, including a larger area suitable for groups and camper trailers. A shared hut with four bedrooms and a common area accommodates up to 12 people comfortably. Amenities include picnic tables, wood barbecues (firewood not provided), and long-drop toilets. Campfires are permitted in designated fire rings between April 15 and November 30, subject to fire restrictions. Activities such as fishing, swimming, and hiking are popular among visitors. Please note that bookings are not accepted; the campground operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Camping fees apply, and park entry fees are also required.
