Banana Shire Support Centre

Located in Biloela, Queensland, the Banana Shire Support Centre offers comprehensive assistance to individuals and families facing homelessness. The Centre provides 11 units of crisis accommodation, including four family houses and a two-storey complex with en-suite rooms, standard rooms with shared facilities, and a disability-modified self-contained unit. Additional services include the No Interest Loans Scheme (NILS) for essential purchases, emergency relief programs offering food parcels and vouchers, and the OzHarvest program distributing food and goods donations. Established in 1991, the Centre is committed to supporting the community through various outreach and support services.
