Balgowan Caravan Park

Perched atop cliffs overlooking a protected bay, Balgowan Caravan Park offers breathtaking sunset views as the cliffs change color on clear evenings. The campground features well-maintained facilities, including toilets, showers, a laundry, and a sheltered area with a BBQ, exercise equipment, and free WiFi. An adjoining playground keeps younger visitors entertained for hours. With only 12 sites, bookings are essential during peak periods, with many regulars returning each year. Eight sites offer power; however, none have sullage, so guests are asked to catch and dispose of waste water appropriately. Operated by the Balgowan Progress Association, all profits are reinvested into the town.
