Baldy Mountain

Baldy Billy Peak, located in Guula Ngurra National Park near Moss Vale and Canyonleigh, offers a challenging 5km return walk through remote forest. The track features steep sections and limited signage, making it suitable only for very experienced bushwalkers. The ascent rewards hikers with expansive views of the Wollondilly River, Batteries Point, Limestone Creek, and Little Baldy Peak. The trail begins at an informal parking area on the Dirrang Management Trail, leading through grey gum forest and grassland before entering red gum woodland on the climb to the peak.
