Housed in a historic 1913 courthouse, the Balaklava Courthouse Gallery showcases diverse exhibitions by South Australian artists and craftspeople. Since its 1991 opening, it has become a vibrant community hub, offering exhibition space to all artists. Managed by volunteers, the gallery also features a gift shop with unique handcrafted items. Available for hire for meetings and small functions, it operates Wednesday to Friday from 10 am to 4 pm, and weekends from 1 pm to 4 pm. Wheelchair accessible and air-conditioned, it provides a welcoming environment for all visitors.
