Baladjie Rock, located approximately 42 km north-east of Westonia in Western Australia's Wheatbelt region, is a captivating granite outcrop nestled within the Baladjie Lake Nature Reserve. Accessible via a well-maintained unsealed track off the Koorda-Bullfinch Road, it offers ample camping spots suitable for tents, camper trailers, and caravans. The area features a public toilet, picnic tables, and open fire pits, though visitors are encouraged to bring their own firewood and take all rubbish with them upon departure. Climbing the main rock provides panoramic views over the expansive salt lake system and surrounding woodlands. The site is also home to diverse birdlife, including the ornate dragon lizard. Please note that pets are not permitted due to aerial baiting in the area.
