Established in 2019, the vineyard spans 2 hectares, cultivating Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet Franc on clay and limestone soils with maritime influence. The winery employs traditional methods, producing wines that are unfined, unfiltered, and free from additives or preservatives. The cellar door, located at 3/9 Main Street, offers an intimate tasting experience with a north-facing deck, serving wines by the glass and seasonal plates featuring local produce.
