The area features a large undercover shelter, picnic spots, and a boat ramp, providing ample opportunities for swimming, fishing, and kayaking. Amenities include a toilet block, non-potable water, and a caravan dump point. Camping is permitted for up to 28 days with a permit from the local council. Access is via a gravel road suitable for two-wheel-drive vehicles; however, a 4WD is recommended during wet conditions.
