This two-storey venue serves as a roasting house, coffee bar, event space, retail shop, and barista training centre. The front area features a wall of coffee paraphernalia, including V60, Clever Dripper, AeroPress, and French press devices, allowing customers to try each system before purchasing. The cement bar offers a unique experience with three beer taps pouring a frothy, ale-like brew made by steeping ultra-premium Geisha beans in cold water. Aunty Peg's exclusively serves black coffee to highlight the product, with no lattes or flat whites available. The venue also hosts free cupping sessions on Saturdays at 10:30 am.
