Atherton BMX Club, established in 2000, is a vibrant sporting organization located in the picturesque Atherton Tablelands of Far North Queensland. As the only BMX club outside Cairns, it offers a welcoming environment for riders of all ages and skill levels. The club hosts regular racing events on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays, providing opportunities for both seasoned competitors and newcomers to engage in the sport. Coaches are available on Mondays to assist riders in honing their skills. Memberships start at $32 per year, with riders required to have a helmet, gloves, long pants, long shirt, and a bike. Spectators are always welcome during race nights.
