Arts on Alma is a vibrant community hub in Soldiers Hill, Queensland, dedicated to fostering local arts and crafts. The venue features a pottery and art studio, a gift shop, and a gallery, all showcasing works by local artists. It offers pottery and art classes throughout the year, welcoming participants of all ages and skill levels. Specialty workshops are periodically conducted, utilizing both local talent and visiting instructors. The fully equipped workshop and studio are available for member use. Operating hours are Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with additional times by appointment. Arts on Alma was established through the merger of the Mount Isa Potters Group Inc and Isa Arts Inc, both of which have proudly served the arts community for over 40 years. The venue has been involved in various community art projects and installations, including school murals, skate park murals, and contributions to the Mount Isa City Council Chambers and Civic Centre.
