Arts & Ecology Centre

Nestled within the Maroochy Regional Bushland Botanic Garden, the Arts and Ecology Centre is a sustainably designed facility that hosts exhibitions, artist residencies, and educational events. The building integrates ecological principles, featuring solar energy, natural ventilation, and rainwater harvesting. Surrounding the centre, the gardens are thoughtfully landscaped with native flora, including banksia and kurrajong flowers, a sub-tropical pond, hanging epiphytes, and a Japanese 'earth' garden. The centre also includes public amenities, the Garden Cafe, exhibition space, workshop area, and staff office.
