
Amata Airport, located in the Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara (APY) Lands of northern South Australia, serves the town of Amata. As one of three sealed airstrips in the APY Lands, it features a sealed runway and lighting for night operations. The airport underwent an upgrade in 2016, including the installation of camel-proof fencing. Its elevation is approximately 2,172 feet (662 meters) above sea level. The airport is owned by Amata Community Inc.
