The Albury Wodonga Equestrian Centre (AWEC) is a non-profit sporting organization established in 1996, serving as a hub for equestrian enthusiasts in the region. The centre offers a variety of facilities, including a sand arena, grass arena, five turf polocrosse fields, and an international cross-country course suitable for events up to 3* level. Members have access to 40 covered yards, 40 stables, and 200 day yards, with agistment options available. AWEC hosts numerous events annually, such as the Albury Wodonga International Horse Trials, attracting participants from across the country. The centre also provides amenities like club rooms, powered camping sites, and a catering and administration shed, fostering a vibrant equestrian community.
