
Aire River East Campground, nestled along the Aire River in the Great Otway National Park, offers a serene camping experience with 20 grassy, unpowered sites accommodating up to six people each. The campground provides non-flush toilets, a picnic shelter, shared picnic tables, and a boat landing. While open fires are prohibited, visitors can use fuel stoves or gas barbecues for cooking. The area is ideal for kayaking, canoeing, stand-up paddleboarding, and fishing. A 25-minute walk leads to Glenaire Beach, popular among surfers. Advanced bookings are required year-round.
