Located in the Glen Ireh Estate, just a 15-minute drive from Launceston, Adams Distillery offers award-winning Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky and boutique gin. Visitors can enjoy a premium cellar door experience, savoring delicious cocktails, mocktails, and shareable platters amidst beautifully landscaped parklands. The distillery is open daily from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, with kitchen hours from 11:30 am to 3:30 pm. Bookings are recommended for groups of four or more. Tours are available by appointment only.
