Acheron Ledge walking track

The Acheron Ledge walking track in Murramarang National Park offers a 1.5 km return journey through a towering spotted gum forest, leading to the secluded Quirriga Beach. This moderate trail, rated Grade 3, provides opportunities for swimming, fishing, and snorkeling, with ocean views extending to Batemans Bay. Along the way, you might encounter whales, dolphins, or sea eagles soaring above. The track is clearly signposted and includes short steep hills and occasional steps. Parking is available at the Maloneys Beach picnic area, and park entry fees apply.
