Located at 207 Balo Street in Moree, the Aboriginal Employment Strategy (AES) is dedicated to empowering Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals through career development and support. Established in 1997, AES offers a range of services, including job placements, career planning, pre-employment support, resume building, work experience opportunities, well-being support, and mentoring. The Moree office also features a homework centre to enhance educational outcomes for Aboriginal students. AES operates nationally, with over 10 offices across Australia, and has facilitated more than 25,000 career placements for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
