Nestled in a tranquil valley, Abercrombie Caves offers a captivating exploration of limestone formations, including the Archway—the largest natural arch in the southern hemisphere. Visitors can embark on guided tours through various caves, each showcasing unique geological features. The campground provides unpowered sites suitable for tents, caravans, and camper trailers, complemented by amenities such as hot showers, picnic tables, and barbecue facilities. For a more secluded experience, Arch Cottage offers self-contained accommodation with open fireplaces. The reserve also features walking tracks leading to attractions like Grove Creek Falls and historical gold-mining relics. Please note, the reserve is currently closed until late September 2025 for maintenance and repairs.
