At 14 Handfield Street, Eltham VIC 3095, the 2nd Eltham Sea Scouts offer a dynamic environment for youth aged 6 to 25. Emphasizing water-based activities, members engage in canoeing, rafting, sailing, and participate in Sea Scout regattas.
