
Yoongarillup Hall, constructed in 1923 during the Group Settlement period, serves as a cherished community venue in Yoongarillup, approximately 11 kilometers from Busselton's CBD. The hall features a raised stage, a kitchen area with servery, and exquisite jarrah floors, providing an ideal setting for small gatherings such as family reunions, arts and craft groups, and fundraisers. The hall's capacity is approximately 137 square meters, accommodating up to 50 people. It offers accessible toilets and ramp access, ensuring inclusivity for all attendees. The kitchen is equipped with a kettle, stove and oven, fridge, and freezer, facilitating convenient catering for events. The hall is available for hire at an hourly rate of $16.00 for community groups or charities, and $21.00 for commercial or private users. A bond is required, with rates varying based on the event's risk level and alcohol consumption. To secure a booking, interested parties must submit the Contract of Hire Form and, if applicable, the Application to Consume Liquor Form. Set-up and clean-up must be completed within the hired period, with a minimum booking of one hour and a maximum of eight hours for full-day bookings. A 50% cancellation fee applies if less than one week's notice is given.
