Wyalkatchem Hotel, established in 1919, is the town's first brick building and has maintained its original purpose as a hotel. Located at 35 Railway Terrace, it offers 20 hotel rooms with shared facilities and four air-conditioned motel units with ensuites. The fully licensed restaurant serves meals daily from 12pm to 2pm and 5:30pm to 8:30pm. Adjacent to the hotel, the Wyalkatchem Garden Cafe provides breakfast and lunch from 6am to 2pm. The community swimming pool is within walking distance, open from November to March.
