Situated on the southern slopes of Mount Major, the 14-hectare vineyard produces Cabernet and Shiraz grapes, serving as a valuable resource for wine technology and viticulture research and teaching. The winery offers a range of wines, including white, sparkling, red, and fortified varieties. Visitors can explore the cellar door, which operates Monday to Friday from 10 am to 4 pm.
