The Mingenew Police Station, located at 8 Moore Street, Mingenew, WA 6522, serves the local community with dedication and professionalism. This station is part of the Western Australia Police Force, which provides front-line police services across the state. The Mingenew Police Station is situated within a triangular lot bounded by William, Moore, and Phillip Streets in the Mingenew town site. The station's two-celled stone lockup was built in 1898, which meant prisoners no longer needed to be chained to a tree while waiting for the arrival of the visiting magistrate.
