The Backroom, added in 1994, is renowned for hosting iconic concerts by artists like Paul Kelly and Ocean Alley. In 2021, the Duelling Piano Bar was introduced, featuring top Australian pianists and plans to include performers from Las Vegas. The on-site bottleshop offers an extensive selection of fine wines, craft beers, and local spirits.
