Nestled in the picturesque Gleniffer Valley, The Gleniffer Hall, also known as the Gleniffer School of Arts, is a historic 1908 wooden structure that serves as a vibrant community hub. Surrounded by the serene Never Never Creek and the charming Gleniffer Church, the hall offers a tranquil setting for various events. Managed by the Gleniffer Community Association Incorporated, it hosts a range of activities, including weddings, music concerts, lectures, and community gatherings. The hall features a fully equipped kitchen and is available for hire, accommodating up to 110 guests. To preserve the natural beauty of the area, the community enforces ecological policies, such as prohibiting confetti, balloons, and polystyrene balls. Plastic balloons may be used inside the hall but must be removed after the event. The hall is available for weekend hire (Friday midday to Sunday midday) at $2,500 and daily hire (Monday to Wednesday, 8 hours max) at $600. A refundable bond of $1,000 and a non-refundable deposit of $200 are required to secure a booking.
