The Sydney Swans' headquarters, located at 1 Driver Avenue, Moore Park, NSW 2021, is a state-of-the-art facility that seamlessly blends the historic Royal Hall of Industries with modern amenities. This transformation has created a vibrant hub for the club's elite men's and women's teams, as well as the QBE Sydney Swans Academy. The facility boasts a 60-meter by 30-meter indoor training field with artificial turf, enabling year-round training. Additional features include gym facilities, an altitude cycling studio, a hydration station, and a wet area with hot and cold plunge pools, saunas, and spas. The complex also houses separate changerooms for both AFL and AFLW programs, an auditorium, meeting rooms, a creche for staff families, an on-site café, a player lounge with sleeping pods, and an international-standard basketball court. An upper-level outdoor terrace provides space for barbecues and functions. The facility is home to a major Lifeblood blood bank donor centre and two Indigenous mentoring and education organisations—the GO Foundation and the Clontarf Foundation—reflecting the club's commitment to community engagement.
