Swans Lagoon is a rural locality in Queensland's Shire of Burdekin, Australia, covering an area of 468.9 square kilometers. As of the 2021 census, it has a population of 12 residents. The area is characterized by grazing on native vegetation. Notable geographical features include Mount Dalrymple (579m) to the north, McGregor's Bonnet (327m) at the center, and Expedition Pass in the southwest. The locality was named and bounded on 23 February 2001, taking its name from a waterhole named after a postman named Swan. In 1961, the Queensland Government purchased an 80 km² pastoral property called Swan's Lagoon to establish a beef cattle research station, which was sold in 2014.
